I managed to digitally repair this old photo:
...so that it looks like this:
Although it took about half an hour, it's still slightly rushed and it's not perfect but I'm pleased with the result.

An uncle of yours perhaps? You seem to have done a decent job. What did you use Photoshop?
He is a relative but I'm not sure exactly who he is.
I used Paint Shop Pro 8.
