Your picture is very much like the cloud cover we have here in the Fall with the sun rays shining through. Very nice.
In answer to your question about my bird in Black and White, it is a Blue Jay. Beautiful in color. I don't believe you have them where you are. They are quite noisey, and pig out at the feeders, being especially fond of peanuts.
